hahaha nice job
I saw a tweet from Manu the other day I didn't think much of and, really, just blew off after nothing was reported. But someone just sent me this:
San Antonio Spurs' Manu Ginobili Videos A UFO?
“I thought I saw a plane in flames” was the first thing the San Antonio Spurs player aid, unwilling to talk about aliens.
The strange phenomenon caught him while relaxing with a friend. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing up in the sky and in full view of everyone.
“I think I’ve just seen an airplane in flames plummeting! Unless I’m still asleep and its just a dream,” wrote Manu Ginobili in his Twitter account. A considerable number of his followers thought he was either joking or tipsy. But a day later he confirmed his remarks: “What did I see last night? Was there any news about it anywhere?”
You can hear Manu at the end saying, "I don't know?!?"
Figures it'd be Manu.![]()
Remember that time people were freaking out in Austin cause of some UFO? That was like 2 years ago probably? Then it turned out it was debris from the satellites. Just saying.... must've been something similar.
This should have been led:
Manu Ginobili Believes in UFOs (but probably still not God)
http://http://www.tmz.com/2010/12/09...antonio-spurs/
San Antonio Spurs star Manu Ginobili wants answers -- because dude spotted an unidentified flying object in L.A. earlier this month ... and he's desperately trying to figure out what the it was.
Manu eyeballed the UFO when he was in town to play the Clippers on December 1 -- and he has since launched a serious investigation into the matter ... which involved a lot of Googling.
Manu posted his findings on his Facebook page yesterday, saying the best answer he could come up with was "a kind of spacecraft which is called X-37B and was supposed to land in the area between December 3 and 6. According to various media, it landed on Dec 3."
Manu points out that he spotted the craft on December 1 ... not December 3 ... so THE MYSTERY REMAINS.
So, we gotta ask ...
We have two guys making headlines on TMZ now!
Wow, Manu really did wrote a story about it on Facebook.

splitter talked about it the next day on his twitter, though it was spanish
you're damn right that wasn't an airplane... wow
If anyone was to catch a UFO it had to be Manu
he definitively sees stuff we all don't...![]()
I was amused when I saw his note in Facebook thinking, only Manu Ginobili can be a star and feel like he still has to explain himself to people.but let's face it, Manu's always been geeky.
It is just the ship that will take Messi and Manu back to their real home planet.
Trending now: Manu Ginobili UFO (#1)![]()
It was the SPAMtopians!
Somebody needs to take a sign to tonights game that says, "I believe"
It's a pity that some folks take the SPAM Pilgrimage as fiction.
at all the south americans freaking out over the UFO
Maybe Manu can find out if Sam Cassell really is an alien
Put this is the game blog, thought it belonged here too.
It has also been reported that Manu faked right, went left and shot the video behind the back..

So now TMZ has nothing better than to talk about what a non celebrity athlete has to say about UFO's even several days after Manu posted it. Things must be really slow there or Manu has Tony to thank now.
