Look I realize watching Manu rape B-list compe ion gets you guys all hot and bothered but

Right now it's egos and feelings arguing Bosh > Amare.

No one using any kind of logic would argue that Bosh is a better player than Amare.

No one is arguing that any more. What I have been arguing (which is painfully obvious unless you are purposefully ignoring the posts) is that the logic was sound in arguing the players were close.

This year, at this point in time, that has changed.

Look I realize watching Manu rape B-list compe ion gets you guys all hot and bothered but if I were to make trade a 22 yr old for a 33 yr old player at this point it would take a couple of reasons.

1. The 33 year old player would have to be one of the elite players in the league

2. He can't have a history of injury problems

3. The Mavs would have to suck

None of those is true. I will say this however, if this were last season and we were completely sucking at the trade deadline (pre-Caron trade) I would do this in a heartbeat. As it stands, we're on an 11 game win streak and one of the best teams in the West, so this makes a knee jerk trade like this all the more re ed.

And the fact that I'm arguing with a dumbass who thought "Bosh>>>>>Amare" pretty much means that I'm right anyway

Yeah, and I'm saying that if you're still refusing to acknowledge Amare > Bosh not only at this point in time but as an overall basketball player, you're re ed. Slowly but surely the Bosh Krew is giving up ground and getting closer and closer to agreeing with it.

And I'd love to see how many games featuring Chris Bosh you guys have actually seen. Toronto was rarely featured on the US national broadcasting schedule, whereas you'd get Suns games all the time. I've been watching Bosh for almost 7 years. And as a Spurs fan, I've seen my fair share of Suns games. I think Amare is a solid player, but I Bosh edges him out. He's a better all around player.

It's funny because Bosh never being on national TV had a significantly positive effect on how he was viewed as a player.

I guess we'll see how good Amare really is now he's without Nash
