who cares
Once they could have been the FUTURE, a great steal, a diamond in the rough.
A few are still Spurs, many have gone.
What are they doing now? Just curious, thanks for helping.

Alex Garcia went Spurs, Hornets, Maccabi Tel Aviv (Israel), back to Brazil league NBB and always played for national team.
Samari Walker turned out to be a real .
samaki
Samari Walker (Wiki):
Walker went on to play for the Mavericks, San Antonio Spurs, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Washington Wizards and the Indiana Pacers from 1996-2006, having had very limited playing time in his final three years in the league. He averaged 5.3 points and 4.7 rebounds during his 10-year tenure, including 7 points/rebounds in 2001-02, as the Lakers eventually won the championship.
In 2008, Walker joined Syria's Jalaa Club, in Aleppo.
In 2009, Walker signed with Chinese league's Shandong Lions.
Walker later played with the Korean Basketball League's Seoul SK Knights.[3]
In January 2010, Walker was released from Korean Basketball League's Seoul SK Knights after averaging 4.3 points, 3.9 rebounds, .4 blocks.
In October 2010 he signed with Syrian team Al-Jalaa

that was the thing that had frustrated me about the team back then.. especially those players we drafted after parker.. seemed like they had this thing of fading away into obscurity at the time..
Samaki Walker, ok. And Wiki is right, it's me who wrote it with a r.
That suite is incredible. Only Noah made a great effort too.

A few days ago I read Darius Washington just won MVP of the week in the Euroleague on Real GM. He scored just shy of 30 in one game, IIRC.
What's up with Marcus Williams nowdays?
Y'Know, when you pick players off the scrap pile, a large number of them will actually BE scrap. The Spurs have a pretty high hit ratio, all things considered.
Darius Washington named Euroleague week’s MVP
Lottomatica Roma’s Darius Washington played his second consecutive great game and this time his 31 index ranking points were enough to win the Euroleague week’s MVP award. Washington, who played briefly for the San Antonio Spurs , scored 27 points (8/12 FG), had 4 rebounds and helped Lottomatica to a win over Cholet Basket and get one step closer to the Top 16.

What ever happened to Frank Brickowski? (sp?)
Anyone with Brick in there name I could care less where they are at![]()
Since we actually got Manu in 2K3 shouldn't we show him as part of the 2K3 group?
No Scola?
I forgot all about Alex Garcia lol.
What ever happened to Devin Brown?
I liked alex Garcia...Guy had a chance if he didnt keep getting hurt.
quick question....
Who do we still own rights to and how long are the rights to those players effective?
Crazy how the Spurs have changed over the past decade.
I vividly remember watching those games back in 2000, 2001, 2002...and so on. We were such a different team with two defensively dominating bigs in the middle with three surrounding average players anchoring Tim and David.
Crazy how 10 years passes and things change....drastically.
waste of talent seriously...
should know his role and would still be in the league
theres alot of guys who bounce all over the league on numerous teams who knew there role and still manage to check in the money for 12-15+ seasons
I was reading through this and noticed one person missing.
