I'm being totally serious here. This is not a troll job, or some form of thinly veiled insult. The use of the word " got" that us Spurstalkers use on the regular to define a re ed poster should only be used in that context and not directed to members of the forum who happen to be practicing sexuals, like Lakaluva and Koolaid_Man. To call them a " got" is similar to calling a black man the N-word.

The word has a different meaning when applied to sexuals. It's a derogatory term that conjures up an idea of a promiscuous, morally vacant, mincing gay man that is likely contaminated with STDs. With the way Luva and Kool present themselves on here, that could very well be the case, but we don't know for sure, they could be interior decorators or run an antique shop together on Melrose for all we know, so to call them a got is prejudicial and ignorant.

But again, I'm not calling for censorship of the word. got is definitely appropriate for posters like history2b, Fabbs, namlook, and many others. I just ask that it not be used as an epithet toward our more "colorful" posters.
