Our Christmas party wasted a ton of homemade food. People in this office like to go all Guy Fieri and Martha Stewart this time of year. Sans the 90's peroxide blonde and y quips.
Nah. If this was a pot luck than that would be worst. Quite a gluttonous display if that were to happen.
Well, it was ok. They ran out of Monterey chicken, whatever in the that is, so I had this sliced meat from some part of a cow. Mashed taters. Green beans and this odd fruit salad-y deal. Apples, grapes, celery, some kind of chopped nut and some sweet cream sauce. There was also this cake they said was pina colada cake that was pretty damn good. The cake saved the day.
