I've personally seen several others. It was far from his first.
It was to win a game with the ball going through the net as time expired. He's had a bunch with maybe .5 or some still on the clock.
BTW the ESPN recap of the game does not say anything about it being Ginobili's first buzzer beater.

It was said on Sportscenter. They even said he's 6-33 in a one possession game with less than 20 seconds on the clock, although I may have misheard that stat a bit.

Buzzer beaters are one thing. Game winners with the clock winding down are another. I would guess that there have been a couple of seconds left after a bunch of his shots.
The other thing is that a lot of times he gets mugged on the way to the basket, misses the shot, but makes the FT's. I guess that counts like a missed shot, but he still hits the game winner(s).
More waste of time stats. With the game on the line, and the clock winding down, he's a great guy to give the ball to.
