LOL NBA TV got it right ... Denis Scott, Greg Anthony and the dark haired white guy ...(not the dorky fantasy guy who tries too hard to be hip)

    1. they cut to the last minute of the game
    2. Said that Jennings would have the ball and they woukd look for Bogut
    3. Gave props to Parker for good defense on jennings "step-back" which he DID NOT travel ...
    4. Said the spurs were going to manu and he was driving left ...(amazing evryone knows but can't stop it ...credit to Manu)
    5. After manu hits it ... "Before we describe the last play the feed we had was of the spurs announcers Bill Lund and Sean elliott ...that is why there was NO mention of what looked like a clear travel ..." LOL

TBH Greg Anthony kind of said well it was close ...and since he made a great shot ...he was OK with the no call ... (which means he knew it was a travel)

As for me ... I turned to my wife and said "Great shot , but that looked like a travel or am I wrong?" She said she thought it was a travel.

My second thought well the ref was right THERE how could he miss that? My guess he was looking at the release for a foul and if he got off the shot butthat was downright horrible for the refs to miss that.

but great play Manu, a win is a win and he still made a great shot over a tough defender
Did you see this replay? I don't see a travel there.

He took a dribble even as he was stepping back. Legit win tbh.

LOL spur fans aqsking why does other teams fans care? Yes it was a travel ... but why do Spur fans care it WAS NOT called. So I would enjoy the victory ...
i can see Mavs fans upset because it's a tight division race and they would "get back" he game they just lost on their home floor to the bucks.

Me as a Laker fan i don't care, about the W i just believe it was a travel. I hope the spurs, heat, Mavs and Celts are on win streaks when we play them ...

    Yes it was a travel.
Explain why it's a travel other than it looked awkward.

I'll say this I think he slid his foot when he gathered after the step back ...but it in real time it is close it's ony on the replay that it looks more like a travel to me ...

But now I cant say it was clear I saw it but im watching on high def big screen and not looking at the clock or the release. I still think he should of called it but it was a quick move ...

I think the fact that no one on the Bucks bench protested speaks much louder than any of us could.

    Twitter accounts aside of course......

Of course you don't ...you don't want to. But it doesnt bug me wither way. It's not like i think Stern rigged the game or that the spurs were NOT going to win it in OT anyway ...there ONLY hope would of been travel with .5 or so on the lock and a Dfish type miracle. they would not of won in OT ...so to me as far as eggregious calls go ...this was not bad ...since it's close in real speed and i think spurs win regardless.

He was still bouncing the ball after taking that big step with his right fooot, he picked up his dribble when he made his step with the left foot and then jumped and landed with both feet, which is legal, no travel imo.

Was fast play real quick move by Manu ...Like i said in real time i thought maybe it just looked "awkward" like you said. in slow mo, it's a travel ...but I'm not a Bucks fan so what damage did it do to me?

Props to manu, props Spur fans. Im done on this subject ...

This is it. It's arguable even in slowmo. Refs stay away from making calls in the waning moments unless it's blatant. I'm sure bucks fan is mad, but they'll get it back sooner or later. This stuff happens to every team.

Bad call, but I'm sure Kobe's travel in game 5 of the 2008 WCF was worse.

Nah, Ginobili shouldn't have a pivot foot if he's still dribbling the ball. He pushes back on his final dribble and makes the step back move as the ball is coming back up into his hands. He gathers the ball on the pro hop and goes right into his shot. I don't think it's a travel. If it is a travel it's borderline at best and impossible to catch at game speed. When I originally saw the play from the side angle my first thought was travel because his dribble was shielded by the defender. When I saw the angle at the top of the key I changed my mind.

Pivot was poor choice of words ... I meant plant foot. when he stepped back as he gathered it slid. Again, like I said I'm done with this ...just replying because you quoted me ...but when i saw it again today in "real speed" .. I agree tough call to make.
Last night, all the replays i saw (NBATV) were in slow-mo and i still see the travel. but you can quote the rule book ... it's still a a judgement call. Ref was there didnt call it ...im cool with it.
in the end I doubt it cost the Bucks the game they would of lost in OT regardless ...

BTW how do you think your team will hold up without Noah. I know Gibson is good and Boozer is back but ithink Noah was far more crucial to your team than Boozer. in fact i liek you guys in matchups with heat and Magic come playoff time but you will need Noah at 100% and you guys dont want the celtics in the 2nd round so you have to stay out out of the 4 and 5 spot ...which i think you will. Your thoughts?

a legit stepback was if he shot the ball with his left leg going back. The fact that he landed on both feet and then started a jumpshot made it a travel.

But if the refs didnt see, who cares.

I think the Bulls will be fine against the teams of the league so their record will be good enough where they will probably have homecourt in the first round at least. It's a good thing we've played most of the tougher opponents multiple times already. I like Gibson. He's been very effective as a starter and gives Rose another target on the floor because he can hit the jumper similar to Boozer. He's also active on the boards. Neither have the toughness or can defend opposing bigs like Noah which is going to cause problems against teams like the Celtics...and possibly the Magic. I really like our matchups against the Heat and look forward to those games. I'm still not sold on Miami's interior defense yet.

apparently not a travel since the steps only count after hte "gather" and not the last dribble as i intiially thought.
