With the injuries to Wade in the pre-season, to the injuries to Mike Miller who hasn't played a game yet but WILL FINALLY SUIT UP TONIGHT, to the Haslem injury, it's taking longer than anticipated for these guys to figure this out.

I'd say the Heat are at about 60% strength right now.
