Barcelona great Johan Cruyff has slammed the Catalan giants for agreeing a record shirt sponsorship deal worth 30 million euros ($A40.24 million) per season with the Qatar Foundation.
The deal is the biggest ever in the history of strip sponsorship in football, worth 165 million euros ($A221.34 million) until 2016.
"The club posted a loss of 79.6 million euros ($A106.78 million) last season - their first in seven years - and they have debts of 442 million euros ($A592.93 million)"

there long term debt does all to them as long they can meet the repayments...
most of the big wealthy clubs make so much money that they only pay the interest and could really give a about payin back the principal
