Mn, that's really sad
If Howard played in the mid 90's, he would have looked like an average center
Just think about it: Olajuwon, Robinson, Ewing, young Mourning, Divac (yes he was not athletic but he knew how to play the game), young Shaq
This reminds me of the little argument I had yesterday concerning Splitter's "minutes", or lack thereof.
I don't know, but for me I would have a hard time getting into the flow flow of the game when just after getting limber and loose in pregame warmups I then sit on the bench for approximately an hour and a half before being suddenly thrust into the game to guard the most physically dominant big man in the league.
But this is apparently "Pop's injury prevention plan" for Tiago. Which mandates sitting him for extended quarters or maybe even games and then randomly subbing him in cold turkey after the sweat has cooled off the forehead and the legs are made of rubber. Cuz we need to keep his minutes limited, you know, might hurt himself out there.

You're a ing riot, dude.
Your Splitter infatuation knows no boundaries, just as your Pop hate knows no boundaries.
Shouldn't you be putting milk and cookies under the tree for Santa right now? Best to leave the important issues to the big boys.
Don't know if you noticed or not, but 90% of the forum is calling for Splitter's increased playing time. Why? Because he plays defense.
Now hurry along now, back to your popper meeting and tell them all your little ploy to discredit me failed. If you run fast enough, maybe Chump will give you a raspberry cookie.
And he surely would have made more of a difference last night right? That lockdown D on JRich and Arenas would have slowed them down quite a bit I'm sure
Come on man, quit being dumb (at least for Christmas). Back to back, there's really no need to over analyze this.
It wouldn't have been pretty......![]()
Some idiots really are entertaining.
Yes the ones with pathetic takes, who think they know basketball.
Which includes 90% of posters in this thread. Y'all ing suck.(With exception of Chieflon, Jag, Harlem, DPG, Amusedsleeper).
Chieflion?![]()
The guy's barely played in the NBA yet. He can only get better.
Once again, your in full re mode.
The magic were running a layup line to the basket in that crucial 2nd quarter where they blew the game open. McDyess is too old to protect the paint all by himself (he's more of a 1 on 1 specialist anyway) and Bonner is the true "traffic cone" the OP mistakenly ID'd Splitter as. But whatever, you obviously think Splitter wouldn't have made a difference as evidenced by your lame attempt at humor.
You have a strange definition of 90%, but then again what else can we expect from your takes? Looks like a fair amount of folks agree with my assessment of Splitters performance yesterday:
TJastal, you're better off sticking to Pop-hate threads. At least those are somewhat entertaining.
You know Chieflion was using extreme sarcasm in that comment, right? Wow your dumber than I thought.![]()
Nah, missed it obviously. What now?
What else? Go back to Chump and report your failure once again.
Sooooo....... you still haven't told me what kind of impact Splitter had on the game once he entered. This ought to be good.
He may be a bit of a traffic cone but he really needs more time. His golden highlightS are fabulous by the way.

He already made excuses for him.
Splitter is a perfect basketball player and an iron man who never gets injured. It is only mean ol' Pop who is destroying his confidence and causing any bad play that Splitter has ever committed as a Spur.
Howard scores on Splitter? Pop's fault.
Splitter gets outmuscled for a rebound? Pop's fault.
Splitter misses training camp with an injury? Oh, you better believe that's Pop's fault.
Still using the training camp excuse? Better check your schedule, we're past week 2 already, Chump. I know you've been trying to milk that one for a good long while.![]()
Did Tiago sext your wife or girlfriend or significant other?

That is a matter of fact.
Splitter missed training camp with an injury.
Are you trying to say Splitter didn't miss training camp with an injury?
Please explain.
I challenge you to find me a pic of him in a suit.
It's a fact. Never claimed otherwise. Your point?
My point is Splitter missed training camp.
With an injury.
It's clear you don't understand what that connotes. That isn't my problem.
