I had zero problems exchanging my laptop they sold me that was broken for the exact same model that wasnt broken.

They looked at the receipt. Looked at my machine. Got a new one, processed it. Sent me on my merry way. Took all of 15 min tops.

i chose not to deal with it this year scrah. normally im the guy that hooks people up with electronics or bad ass every year.i always over do it but this year i didnt buy 1 single gift !! not 1 !! felt great and worked out well, cause i didnt really get jack chit.
