son have you even bothered looking at the stats since Katrina? that storm did nothing but help clean up New Orleans (thanks again Texas for taking in most of our criminals). most of our crime went went over to Texas, Alabama, Georgia, etc. New Orleans is no longer the most dangerous city in the south and its not even in the top 10 most dangerous cities in the entire country anymore.

Birmingham, Alabama took over the le of the most dangerous city in the south with Memphis, Tennessee a close second.
