Kobe, you mad?
Hes not mad... hes disappointed. YUMAD?
He's going to blame his teammates even though he was a ballhog and shot 27 baskets.
Then what month is it?
+1
This win laid a very large dent to "The LAKER Empire".
Make no mistake, until they are truly defeated in the playoffs, they are still very much the team to beat.
Just get everyone healthy and get homecourt advantage and the chances of dethroning those bas s will become very great![]()
I disagree. This game was pretty much the end of the Lakers run, maybe for all time. After this defeat, I dont see the Lakers ever winning another game.![]()
I wish it is. We'll have the answer in next spring/summer. Right now the chance looks good.
The Lakers will regroup and they still have the size advantage on the Spurs. Kobe had a bad shooting night and the Spurs can't expect that to continue if they meet up in the playoffs.
Still too much left in the season and a lot can happen with injuries and even trades. Its only a regular season win. This place is getting too worked up about a regular season win. The lakers can very well turn around and spank the spurs in LA.
Like in 2003 right?
You know, it was a great first game of this season and nice how it played out. I can't wait to see how the rest of the games go in this series. Good Game and even better result.
Its December, but what does telling us the month have to do with this thread?
Just the first regular season game against the Lakers...the playoffs are a whole different story. Still, it was a good win.
GO SPURS GO!!!!!
Yeah the Lakers with the size advantage killed them on the boards
oh wait.
It was a good barometer nonetheless.
The same could be said of the Spurs three-point shooting. The Lakers can't count on that being around 29% during the playoffs either.
