He's got a short neck. No joking, no bull - he has a short neck. He's got a 6'7 body, but the top of his head is only about 6'5" from the floor. There are some other guys like that around the league. And it doesn't matter what the tape measure says, because they play exactly the same as someone who is officially inches taller than they are.
Paul Millsap is officially one inch taller than Blair. (Both w/o shoes) But Millsap's standing reach is 6'9 1/2", while Blair's is 6'10 1/2". Even though their wingspans are pretty much the same. It's because Blair's body is at least 2" taller than his official height. Maybe more, because Millsap is a bit short-necked too.

Depends on what kind of shoes they're wearing. I'm 5'11 without shoes but 6'1 with my shoes on.
