i think im fine with teh way we are playin atm, we dont need him to score or demand alot of shots but to score buckets on 2nd attempts not force feeding the issue on offense. He needs to focus more on reb and defending imo, while the other 4 players on the court pick up his lack of contribution on the offensive end. He should only score when the offense gives him.
as for gino and neal needs shots to get going, i dont like sometimes there shot selection or rushing the shots when teams are daring them to shoot as shown in the recent lakers game.
