Finally, Pop has seen what so many of us have seen: Splitter < fail < D-league scrub.

He had his chance. He failed miserably. Please trade him before other GMs figure out he is a PoS who will never play in the NBA successfully.

Why is every shot a spinner off of his hip which barely catches glass? Dude is so soft.

splitter appears to be patient, and will obviously need time to develop. a lot of people were calling for an RJ trade if you'll remember.

RJ revitalized a shot from the corner and a driving move.

Splitter can't shoot outside of 8ft and gets drilled by every big he faces without help.

    Trade Splitter.

Big guys take a longer to develop, especially since its his first season with the spurs, and its quite an adjustment after playing against softer compe ion in europe.

I wonder if Howard is up for trade? Would they do a one for one? I don't mean Juwan.

Splitter can be a good high-mid post passing big man.

He can battle for rebounds too. Saw on FIBA tournaments.

OK athleticism and agility. But has a vulnerable jump hook.

Not a bad player to have.

Package him with a happy meal and send him to Memphis for Pau Gasol...
Great consolation prize. But it will never happen. The grizzlies FO only have intelligence when the spurs call lol.

Do you have a counterpoint, or are you just choosing to ignore? Trading Splitter may not be the way to go, but saying he needs time to develop after playing for playing five years in Europe is a pretty lame excuse. He's not very athletic, and he has no jump shot. His ceiling is moderately effective role player and thats after he so called "develops" or more appropriately adjusts to the NBA game.
