    As Sean said, Splitter needs more minutes, more time with the starters, needs to build his confidence.

    As it stands now, I don't know if he's being put a fair position with limited, unpredictable minutes from game to game. Certainly it seems that with some fans there is an expectation that he perform to an unrealistic standard of perfection.

    Hill has taken a page out of Manu's playbook. He bricks a shot on one end, and makes up for it by flying down and getting a turnover on the other tend. Manu has always done that, and now Hill is starting to do it more often.
