Yep - great night!!
We pick up a full game on them and a bit more breathing room. Good times.
Dirk being out is really highlighting their reliance on him.
Yep - great night!!
Yep, we're prolly gonna lose that game against Boston though.
Butler went out with a knee injury early. The hobbit had 31 to lead the Mavs. Terry was 3-16 or something ty like that again.
Bite your tongue!![]()
Mavs have gotten unlucky with some injuries - Dirk, Marion and now Butler. It's great for the Spurs to pick up another game on them, but I hopefully they can get healthy.
I hate the Mavs, but i gotta say they're missing Dirk, Marion, Butler and Beaubois who could be a factor in their system one day.
I just saw dirk's reaction to Butler's injury. was pretty sad tbh.
No team deserves that many injuries. Not even (gasp) Mark Cuban's team.
I feel for them
tp and manu were both hurt at the same time before
problem is when players get hurt for an extened amount of time
it wears also on other players and they are more prone to injure and wearing out for playoffs

Tough game, team fought hard but not nearly enough.
Credit the Bucks for taking care of business.
Dirk and Marion should be back any day. Crossing fingers that Butler will be ok
What happened to Butler? I saw a glimpse of it and it looked like his knee cap came off.
2nd night of a b2b after playing one of the best offensive teams in the NBA at their home court (Knicks) then at Boston, I truly doubt the Spurs will be able to pick up a W. I mean we did lose to the Clips and got blown out by the Magic which were both b2b games. Anything is possible, especially with our deep ass bench.
good luck to the mavs. as much as i hate them, this many injuries in such a short time is a heartbreaker. as much of a pain they are at full strength, the rivalry isn't quite the same with one team crippled. just my opinion.
Typical Spurs fans. Either building up the Mavs, fearing them, or feeling sorry for them. Unbelievable. Mavs fans either downplay the Spurs or pretend not to fear, but they never feel sorry for them.
They bragged when they beat the Spurs in '09, when Duncan was playing on what he termed "half a leg" and Ginobili wasn't playing at all. They've constantly been arrogant for years, despite the fact that they're a joke franchise. And now because their one dimensional, career choke artist for a best player is down a few days, we're supposed to feel sorry for them? Boo-hoo, they're having to deal with a couple of injuries. Try dealing with a couple of seasons worth.
Why would anyone feel sorry for them? Serves those arrogant, ignorant pricks right.
trade Bulter + Haywood + picks + whatever else for Melo, get it done donnie
It's not like the Bucks were playing with their full roster. No Jennings, Gooden, Redd, Delfino and Sanders.
Hard to really say, haven't heard anything other than "knee injury" from the team.
As he planted himself to jump he yelled out in pain mid air. Pretty scary
you're like my second personality. cause that's how the other part of me feels.
So? We are missing Robinson. Ok so he retired. Same thing.
this
i could not careless for the mavs TBH
Remember KG's injury at Utah? Kind of like that. Butler just went to jump and then he pulled his legs up mid-jump and landed in pain. No contact at all from anyone. Completely freak injury.
You've known him so long. How do you think he will handle this situation?
It eats at you? He's not trading a white guy for a black one. Rest easy young brain.
Well, given that a lockout is likely next year, Cuban is probably thinking do I waste another productive year by Dirk and lose next year to lockout--and come back with an even older Dirk? I think the odds of him doing a big trade just went up.
