was just watching nbatv. i caught the end and heard:

"we'll keep you updated on Gallinari. they took x-rays and they came back negative but it seems to be a sprain."

what they are talking about, idk. but i'm guessing we have another less than 100% team on tuesday.

He was taken off the court with some help. Looks like he tweaked his knee. Didn't look too serious, but you never know.

Those connections that the Spurs formed with the mob this offseason are already paying dividends.

Gallinari: Knee sprain 'nothing to worry about'

NEW YORK -- The collective breath was knocked out of Madison Square Garden Sunday afternoon when Danilo Gallinari crumpled to the floor holding his left knee. No, it wasn't Amar'e Stoudemire, but a serious injury to the guy they call Gallo would've dealt a major blow to the Knicks' playoff hopes -- not to mention any chance they might have of trading for Carmelo Anthony.

Gallinari quelled the concern on both fronts after the Knicks' 98-92 victory over the Pacers, saying team physicians told him the initial diagnosis was a Grade 1 sprain -- the least severe.

"Nothing to worry about," said Gallinari, who added, "I think I will play" Tuesday night against the Spurs.

Yeah and watch them replace Stern with an impostor with a heavy Chicago accent.

They say it takes a little luck and a few breaks for a team to win a championship. That combined with playing well at the right time. All that seem to be in the spurs favor. Also good teams win the games theyre supposed to win like games where the opposite teams key players are out. This all works out. If we keep facing crippled teams, Tim wont be as crippled come playoff time and we get 5. Sounds darn good to me.
