You didn't mention bad acting.....so
What comes to mind? What movies/scenes resonated with you hours or days after you watched them?
"Cruising" is probably the most disturbing film I've ever seen.
Others just off the top of my head:
-Michael Imperioli's death in Dead Presidents
-Murphy's death at the beginning of Robocop...seriously, it's pretty ed tbh
-Marathon Man (you know the scenes)
-The Dentist
-The "Sloth" murder in Seven.
-Plenty of scenes from Blue Velvet
-Noodles raping Deborah in Once Upon a Time in America (not very graphic, but still shocking an unexpected).
Too many to remember...
You didn't mention bad acting.....so
the ending of Oldboy
No sub les (lol picklebreath brothers) but you don't need to know what they're saying to see how ed up it is. Once you figure out what they're saying and what's actually going on, the ed upness is increased like 10000000000000000000x.
In The Company of Men
Oldboy had an awesome ending. If you want to see a more graphic tongue cutting scene, watch Ichi The Killer.
The entire movie Se7en.
From what I hear, Shutter Island might be one.
Anti-Christ was pretty disturbing as well, tbh.
Grotesque had a ed up scene where some dude stuck a long needle in some dude's nuts.
The scene in A Clockwork Orange where the old man realizes that the kid he took in was the same one who raped his wife. The look on his face has got to be one of the freakiest facial expressions of all time.
Here it is

Bathtub chick in The Shining. Love that movie, but can't watch it.
Hitch 's Psycho. Specifically the very end when Tony Perkins is in the loony bin. The rest of the movie is almost charming by today's standards, but he looks directly at camera during those last moments and his expression still gets to me.
Also, David Lynch is one of my favorite directors, but (with the exception of A Straight Story) there's not a single of his films that doesn't disturb the out of me at least once or twice. I re-watched all of "Twin Peaks" this weekend and was instantly reminded why BOB gave me nightmares when I was 12.
Good call on The Shining
For me, the sisters scene scared the outta me as a kid. The POV camera work set it up beautifully.
from what ive heard the rape scene or many rape scenes in "i spit on your grave" looks about as real as a scene can get. other than that i need time time to think of
for anyone that has seen Irréversible, the monica bellucci ass rape scene is pretty disturbing.
It was a short Chinese film, Dumplings, directed by Fruit Chan. In one scene, a pregnant woman performs an abortion on herself in a bathtub - then looks up at the camera and licks her lips. It wasn't particularly frightening, but it was so unexpected and twisted that I literally screamed aloud.
Edit: To answer the inevitable question - Yes, she ate it.

Pink Flamigos in genera and the dog scene in particular.
You can thank me later.
Thats about the right response. This is the same guy that directed hairspray and Serial Mom. Baltimore produces some freaks
I'm pretty sure I masturbated to that once.
Deliverance rape scene....
very disturbing....and in every movie since that Ned Beatty has been in...it is like he STILL carries a stigma of being the guy who goes...weeeeeee...weeeeee...
jacked it to that one too.
That would definitely confirm you are either gay or a rapist...
rubbed one out to this as well. are you guys posting disturbing vids or porn?
