Good defense so far in the 4th, we might be able to squeeze this one out.

No. Spurs are right there. This one doesn't have the feel of it slipping to me. Wii will see.
Wow...we're sniffing the pussy here...are we gonna tonight, or is the gonna walk away and leave us with blueballs???
Time to play our defensive stopper... Ime Udoka!!!![]()
Stoudamire MVP my arse. Felton and Chandler are just as important to that team.
I'm on the fence. I don't know if they really have it in them right now to lock it down and get the W. COME ON.
Spurs getting close.
Spurs just need to go on in a little run to ruin the Italian Hitler's day like old times.
I 2nd that.
OK, it's time to break them!
este wey![]()
We need to keep playing D and drive hard to the basket.
We've been hovering between 5-8 points... can't seem to catch up
Why is everyone saying the game is lost when it's in single digits with lots of time left? Grow a damn backbone.
I waited for that one, now everything will be fine![]()
Grizzly, Duncan, Manu and Tony are all over the poke-check this year.
one stop and a 3 pointer and we are back in the game
One point for thought:
Could we be seeing the Spurs offense getting exposed?
The Knicks ARE hot, but for one thing a lot of their shots are high percentage, loosely covered jump shots.
On defense, they have lanky, fast small ball lineup. It's like ours but longer.
The spacing they are utilizing on defense is allowing them to quickly (I mean QUICKLY) get out to put a hand up in a lot of our money 3 point shot spots.
We can't settle into a 3 point shooting comfort zone.
Unless the player is a top 5 candidate, I always think its a little cheesy to chant MVP. He's got the the stats but I currently don't think he has a legit shot at being in the top 5. If the Knicks finish the season top 4 in the East then maybe.
16 turnovers is pathetic. Were lucky its the knicks.
Problem with erasing a lead against NY is that they can really go to the well with Amare - someone the Spurs have obviously had historic troubles with.
They need to get to the line as much as possible, slow the game down - and there is an element of hope here, NY have to return to even normal shooting levels instead of being an entire team of Larry Bird's.

Get a few stops. Put some pressure on them and see how they react.
