The latest updates fail to mention anything about accomplices...the scene was horrific...she was shot almost point blank in the head...

The gunman fired at Giffords and her district director and started shooting indiscriminately at staffers and others standing in line to talk to the congresswoman, Kimball said.

Using the links provided on here to the shooter's sites and rants, not to scare anyone or sound crazy, but I find it very hard to believe that this is a simple case of political motivations overtaking a person or mental illness. The mind control he's writing about isn't external, it's internal and the way he writes and purposely uses awful grammar and spelling is done on purpose. I'm not a Doctor of psychology nor a professional criminal analyst but it's quite obvious to me that his intent was to be the Mind Controller. He wants a law passed because of his actions, and he wants the law to be a reflection of the over-reaching government that he believes to be at work (a self-fulfilling prophecy) - he wants an eternal place in the "corrupt system of belief" that he claims the country exists in. That's the best way I can explain it without giving myself a headache.
But yea, I think this dude wants every American to be searched/frisked/scanned before poltical rallies of any kind...and he used freshmen year syllogisms as his manifesto. Pretty ing pretentious, let's see if our lawmakers bite.

You got it wrong the conservatives use anything like conservative talk radio to drum their propaganda over and over again. There are radio stations which are mainstream media although they cry about mainstream media all the time that only play conservative talk radio all day. If you are weak minded like yourself you will listen and believe the propaganda.
It's not wrong, but the information that Rush, Hannity, and Palin provide is blatantly disingenuous yet STILL manages to stir up people to parade their guns around and claim that a revolution is needed to reverse Obama's policies. Those assholes don't understand that a lot of what is wrong with the country today started in the early years of last century. They don't acknowledge that we need ideas for our course to be reversed and voices that can help realize that we as a country need to sacrifice if we want to get out of this without killing each other. Radio/TV/Internet media personalities and people can criticize and talk all they want about whoever you want for whatever reason, but at least offer an alternative. Rush and company (Liberals included) have an obvious interest in keeping their friends in power, they don't care about "the people."
