According to Italian law… he’s more Italian than Argentine, because of his Italian blood. Actually, I’m sure he even has an Italian birth certificate. Now, I bet he feels 99% Argentine 1% Italian.
all his family including grandparents are from Argentina so I think he is 99% Arg and 1% Italian....he just lived / played around 5 years in Europe and that's all.
