In fact I don't think it's ever happened in NBA history. Most former champs never allow themselves to be swept.

Was Koolaid_Man that effective that you guys have to refer to every new and great poster as him. Get over yourselves - there's a new Sheriff in Town and he has a righteous indignation.

when trying to disprove a theory one should be as precise and concise as possible. The original question stands and Tim is still the last Champ to have been swept. Go check the records my son. Now if you're implying it has happened before in NBA history then be through when explaining yourself this should have been taught at home.
Quack... So when was Duncan inducted into the Hall Of Fame? and be precise...

You seem to worry about others way too much. I would implore you to enjoy the language of love which is ownage of Spur fan. You being the way you are is not attractive and I'm sure Spur fan finds it so not sexy.

I said future HOF'er. He will get in he barely deserves that much. However, the reality is that Kobe is already in the HOF even as he plays. Google Kobe's shoes from the 81 point game. Those are already on display at the HOF museum and I might add, that's also another distinction that Kobe holds over Timmy D and many other players as well. He's already in the HOF in a sense which makes him a true living legend.

Who holds the honor of a virtual 5 game sweep loss, despite being heavy, heavy favorites PLUS once led a Phil Jackson coached team from up 3-1 to out of the playoffs?

    That's honors right there.

all you want...but facts is facts.

Detroit and Phoenix once laughed hard core at your expense. Add the Celtic beatdown that amounted to the worst Finals Loss In History and what you have left is a guy who bought a huge ring at Zales to say I'm sorry for raping that girl and for having to settle out of court by buying the same girl a house.

Bean Boy and his merry minions. Y'all have played a cream puff schedule and while 7 games won looks real good, let's recognize that it's been against the dregs of the league.

They have also lost more championships than any other team in any sport going back to the Roman days and including the christians verses the lions.

Which would mean they have been in the rarified air more than anyone. I can accept the 2nd place finishes. It made the franchise tougher. I see no shame in being in the hunt more than any other team. Sure, you get some more losses being at the big dance so often but its also produced more wins.... than any team.

    You said...

Let me just start by saying I don't know who it is at this point but as we go on this Easter egg hunt of sorts, to find out, I know you will agree that whomever it ends up being is one lame and sorry ass son of a . It's a distinction that no player should ever have to suffer through.

    Was it Shaq? - No
    How About Boston's Big 3? - Nada
How about MJ and Pippen - Negative
What about Kobe ing Bryant - Nope

That only leaves on player that hasn't been mentioned yet.

Timmy Duncan holds the clear distinction as the last NBA champ to have been swept. In fact I don't think it's ever happened in NBA history. Most former champs never allow themselves to be swept.

Congrats to Tim Duncan. Please add this one to his trophy case as you compare his awards to Kobe's.

Where did you say future Hall of Famer? Timmy is considered the greatest power forward to have ever played the game. Kobe isn't even no. 1 at his position (See Micheal Jordan). I'm happy for Kobe's shoes. Maybe the owner of those shoes will be just as lucky someday although I suspect it will take a couple of blowjobs, and some serious oral to pull it off.

Complete and utter ownage of Spur fan...I'm starting to like this kid..Calico pretty soon you'll be on Luva, Cully, and Kool's all WAR team...keep up the good work man....
