The funny part is Kobe does the same thing every night, with much more on his roster to work with.
The Mavs will be fine and Dirk is well deserving of another MVP.
If they swing a trade for Jacko or Iggy I think they could give the Lakers a run for their money.
The West has already been locked up by the Spurs, so there's no point for the Lakers and Mavs even thinking of trying to catch up.
The Mavs and Lakers don't really care. They know they can easily kill the Spurs in a seven game series regardless of home court.
