Nothing wrong with a Mavs fan rooting for the Spurs when the Mavs are suffering from debilitating injuries.
I'm not even a Texan and I see the logic in rooting for the would be 'home' team in that event. Plenty of room on this ship, please feel free to root for the Spurs as they do their best to a make a run for all the marbles.

He wasn't jumping onto some random team for no other reason than the fact that they are a good team, he was ready to root for another Texas team. Tbh, I have seen him mention to us a lot lately about rooting for Texas teams and this thread really shows me that he really means this.

Unless the Mavs are playing the Rockets or Spurs...I will always pull for both the Spurs & Rockets to do well and represent Texas. You people who don't get this are pathetic and not true Texans.
