This isn't an opinion. Travis Outlaw has objectively been the worst > 30 MPG player in the NBA. Though, Ryan Gomes is actually worse but plays 29 MPG (just under my arbitrary 30 MPG restriction).
Of all players (no MPG restriction) the worst player in the NBA is Hasheem Thabeet (Rank = 331). This isn't Kwame-bad. It's far worse.
Hasheem Thabeet plays 9 MPG and has a PER of 2.97. The league average is about 13-14.
Steve Blake isn't too much better. Guy ranks 314 (18th worst player in the NBA) with a PER of 7.52.

Jonny Flynn is the 2nd worst player in the NBA just behind Thabeet, but he has a more respectable PER of 4.24.
At least he gets to wear the jersey for the games.

But that's just not true. Your letting your biases answer for you. Tim Duncan has a few double doubles this season, even a triple double, the worst player in the league doesn't get anywhere near a double double, much less a triple.
When Duncan isn't scoring, he's resting on the bench, or giving slick assists. His defensive presence is still overwhelming as well.
