I'm not dissapointed by the choices. After all, people flipped out when Ledger was announced as the Joker, and look how that turned out. Can't wait to see the finished product...
I'm still hoping they throw deadshot in there, going along with the whole 'being hunted down by the police' theme that was hinted at the end of the dark knight. I think it'd fit in with Nolans interpretation of the batman universe.

I think Catwoman could work with Nolan's tweaking.
Not liking the casting for her, though...unless Hathaway is forced to wear a see-through cat-suit the entire movie.

I agree that Catwoman is lame. I don't know if it's studio pressure to have a love interest in the movie or what, but I don't see the need. Imagine how much better TDK would have been if Maggie Dogface wasn't in it at all.
