So, the game in NYK was the abberation it looked to be at the time.

Another quality win, Spurs. You are so much fun to watch this year!

They added Gallinari we subtracted Bonner and Hill.

    Even more impressive.

Didn't realize Hornets were on a winning streak as well. Interesting to see how the Spurs come out tomorrow. 37 wins already before the all-star break. Awesome.
This will be a test. Hornets are back after their slump in December. But it looks like we have figured them out defensively, so if the Spurs have enough energy the will win it ...

@RicBucher NYK trims SA lead at end of 4Q, Pop forgets he has quarter interview. Reminded by PR, does it masking how much he wish he wasn't. No

Didn't the Spurs end Amare's run of 20+ point games as well? That's what I'm talking about... Cheers, Timothy.

Aren't the lakers playing a game right now? Why are you on the Spurs game thread talking nonsense about the commentators? Who Cares what they say?

You don't have to worry about anybody on BSPN giving the Spurs credit for anything. They will continue to kiss up to the lakers, heat, and celtics.

Mark Jackson will be back on kobe's jock the moment that he comments on them again.

Well, Lakers aren't worth writing home about right now. Plus, they're le team last season wasn't too great and barely survived. They're still a strong team, but overrated a bit due to their back-to-back les.

nets play great defense, but don't have enough firepower to keep up with the Spurs. Plus, they're winning games, but barely surviving except for tonight which was mostly about the Hawks being pathetic.

Are you new here? Read any thread on here aboutthe lack of media attention the Spurs get. Im just pointing out the hypocrisy that people love those comments but hate when they gush over Kobe.

As for my team I am a multi-tasking. I ama multi-tasker. Lakers will lose tonight anyway ...

@ricbucher The next time you interview Pop, you should just start with a curveball like, "So, what do you think of the iPad?"

These aren't Shaq/Kobe's Lakers. They're gonna need HCA to win it all. These current group has only won with HCA.

Actually, one more thing. Jefferson gave Owens a special gift post game - the final stat sheet. Owens scored his first NBA points tonight.

San Antonio Spurs 101, New York Knicks 92: DeJuan Blair scores, but the most promising sign was a miss
    by Andrew A. McNeill
    48 Minutes of

AT&T CENTER — DeJuan Blair had his share of the spotlight in the San Antonio Spurs 101-92 win over the New York Knicks with 18 points and 13 rebounds — although 21 points and 13 assists from Tony Parker, and 21 points, 16 rebounds eight assists and five blocks courtesy of Tim Duncan might have had a greater effect on the outcome.

And despite going 8-12 from the field, it was one of DeJuan Blair’s misses that might have been the best sign for the Spurs offense.
