The difference between making light of our racial differences and actively attacking those differences with the intention of demeaning, or criticizing said group is apparently lost on you. I don't know why I should be surprised. Many Rush supporters showed that they abandoned all capacity for rational thought or critical thinking a long time ago.
It's just saddening to me that I live in a country where this kind of bigoted racism is actively defended and even promoted. That it still exists in such a virulent form in one of the most advanced countries in the world is just depressing.

Why can't Rush be compared to a comedian or an entertainer? He certainly isn't a journalist.
