Spurs played good defense in the second half, but the Laker bigs just didn't get many touches. If I was Kobe, I'd be passing to any big with Bonner or Blair on them. Instead, he jacks up contested jump shots every single time down the floor. Then he gets the ball stolen 4 or 5 times by Ginobili and Hill which lead to San Antonio fast breaks. The Lakers made a run and actually took the lead in the second quarter without Bryant that involved in the offense. He tries to go 05-06 Kobe when he gets frustrated in his team, but he isn't capable anymore. He needs to adjust his game.

Yikes, some brutal analysis in that OP. Kobe has been fine this year, tbh he's been better than I expected, I was expecting him to regress a little more than he has so far. 15th year in the league and he has the 5th highest PER right now. Pretty good stuff.
This doesn't make any sense. I also reference PER to point out that Lebron James is the best player in the NBA, and has been for a while. I reference PER to point out that Chris Paul is a beast and underrated by some who don't realize he's been the best PG in the NBA for a few years now.
Sorry to disappoint. Not all of us are homers who have some irrational bias towards players that aren't on the team they root for.
