I'm not sure this is the case. Are there women who might want or need one but can't afford one? Almost certainly. But who's preventing who?

But if you're trying to make it harder for someone to do something that you don't approve of, then in what instance would you NOT be trying to prevent them from doing it? Last I heard it was still going to be mandatory that the doctor do the sonogram and describe to the woman what he sees, but the woman could elect to not look at the picture or listen to the heartbeat.

We disagree. I can only go along with things on the line of "the morning after pill." People need to learn responsibility for their actions. Sometimes, the hardest lessons in life are the best ones.
