I can't eat with all the overnight gunk. You can brush them again after you eat.

I usually wash my mouth out with water when I first wake. I wait to brush til after breakfast, then at midday/lunch, and finally before I go to sleep. Sometimes a 4th time in the evenings if I've been snacking or drinking a bunch of coffee etc
