Lebron, tbh
ok guys,
here we arrive at the ultimate question:
who is the best one on one??
Jordan vs
Kobe vs
Baylor vs
Len Bias?
Or any other?
Your thoughts? Thanks!!!!!
my regards
Stout query.
Bob McAdoo, at prime, One on One, was something else again.
lebron, not even worth asking the question
lol
And that's why he's so damn good at one on one
Everyone knows that the big who has solid dribbling skills will back down smaller opponents and win every time. That's why every known big 1 on 1 tourney has resulted in a big winning it all. Just for an expert opinion, I once asked Bob Lanier who would win between Tim Duncan and Kobe Bryant. It was right before Game 1, the 2007 Finals. He said Tim would win the same way, Bob did when he took down Jojo White in the first real 1 on 1 NBA Tourney. The bigman always backs down the smaller guy. His shots are more often, going to be from a closer distance.
u triggas too young u didn't witness da prime o'neal, strong like a motha er he even broke da glass a number times. sending him to da line was da only way to stop him beasting/scoring. lost to rockets in da 95 finals but was da better playa than dream throughout da series wich was obvious
lebron da goat.
Rodri Black Jesus Beabois and it's not even close
if I had to chose any guard/forward type player in a 1-on-1 game, I would take Dwayne Wade first.
Lebron is a close second. Bron is just physically too hard to stop without any help. but I think Wade's ability to handle the rock so well, along with having perhaps the fastest first step anyone has ever had, and his strength/finishing ability, hes just too much to handle.
Physically, I don't think MJ or Kobe in their primes can keep up with Wade or Bron in their primes. Bron is too big and strong, Wade is too quick.
what MJ/Kobe lacked in physicallity, they have twofold of compe iveness. In their primes I don't see MJ losing to another NBA star.
1-1 is not only post game. It's also jump shooting MJ/Kobe have that over bron/wade as well.
Good only at One vs the whole city of NY
playing in their respective eras, Wilt.
i didnt say anything about a post game. strength doesnt neccesarily = post game.
fact is, Bron is every bit as fast and quick as MJ/Kobe, if not more so, but also has 3 inches and 30+ lbs on them as well. he is simply too much physically. he could pretty much drive every time and would score the majority of the time. not to mention when Lebron feels the need to play some lockdown defense, he again can be every bit as good as MJ/Kobe, only he is bigger and stronger than them too. he doesnt often go all out on the defensive end, but when he does, hes as good of a defender as the league has ever seen.
i do agree with your point on compe iveness though. thats the only thing that would make me question Bron in a game like that. I think hes extremely compe ive, but i dont know whether he loves winning, or hates losing, which are two very different things, and hating losing is always the superior mental mind-set. No one hated losing more than MJ.
but if you have a motivated Lebron, no one would have a remote chance against the guy.
lol Wade quicker than MJ
you might be right.
But IMO the faster, taller, stronger guy does not win a 1-1 everytime. I'll pick the guy who can shoot lights out from anywhere on the floor.
