Remember when Foley was the beach guy, wtf was that called?

And he'd do that thing with his hands on his knees back & forth.

It would have been funny if a fan had knocked him down and he were then eliminated up the whole storyline.

The only part of the WCW I really liked was the LWO. La Parka ftw.

I understand the showbiz aspect to it. I also understand the historical aspect to it in this country. It doesn't change the fact that it's fans are latently sexual.

One of the best moves is when one wrestler is beating the out of another one and he beats him so bad that it finally invigorates the other wrestler to the point that's he gains power from the ass kicking and starts beating the out of the first wrestler.

Definitely. Can't forget the whole "gaining power from the fans" bit either

Wrestlers are ridiculously huge. Huger than any other sports stars. Nearly every major wrestler is 6'6" or bigger it seems. Seeing Undertaker in real life as a kid was pretty mind blowing.

Yep. Or, when they'd have that sleeper hold on a guy and the ref would raise the arm of the guy getting the sleeper up once: it'd fall. twice: it'd fall. The third time: it'd stay up and he'd rise from the ashes.

Culby your a old fart. You remember back in the 70's when it was a huge deal if a wrestler would take the mask off another wrestler?

Ha! I always would love that. Especially with the whole arm shaking deal. 'Course, no one played that up better than the Hulkster.

Ah! My bad. I grew up with the "Rocking 80s" WWF... Hulk, Savage, Snuka, Ted Dibiase, Roddy Piper, Jake the Snake, Demolition, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Junkyard Dog, and so many more. Classy Freddie Blassie was slightly beyond my time.
