After the Lakers the Spurs would probably be the easiest team for us to beat in the playoffs.
LOL Tlong is missing in action & suddenly pops out of nowhere with his chest out. The Blazers do match up pretty well with SA though, they have nobody that can check Aldridge.

I think Abbott put it best -

"Last night, after a fluke loss in Portland"
Funny that these threads always come up after a team beats us.
Honestly, the only team in the NBA that could possibly beat us in a 7 game series right now, is the Boston Celtics, IMHO.
Same old Spurs Fandom:::can never just take a loss without rationalizing it until you feel better.![]()
There are a bunch of teams that could beat us in a 7 game series. Boston, L.A., Miami, maybe Orlando, Chicago.
Portland, though?Not one of them.
Said the "5>4" pot to the kettle.
You're supposed to be setting an example, not following mine.
I hope we don't play those Clippers, they kicked our ass once already. They're scary.
Thats Bandwagon extrardenaire Blessing's MO. Show up after a Lakers win, or a Spurs loss, disappear after a Laker loss.
At this piece of reappearing again. Where was your ass when the Hornets lost to Sacramento and Phoenix? Nowhere to be found....
LOL. i thought Laker fans were the complacent ones ...im bumping this come, May.
Christ, crc is on the rag today. Sometimes I just wish you guys would never lose. You're incorrigible otherwise.
Replace possibly with undoubtedly...
If Spurs make the finals and Boston is healthy the Celts will win their 18th ship.
Maybe Laker fan won't be too critical if we say we were just coasting against Portland.
Yeah, I think that if Spurs play'em in the 1st round they are in trouble!!
Honestly they are the ONLY team that has the Spurs number... what are they like 0-5 against them so far?
The Portland Trailblazers have been a matchup nightmare for the Suns over the last couple of years. In last year's playoffs, they took Game 1 from us and things were starting to look pretty scary.
But the thing about the Blazers is that they are always short-handed, and as a result, they have to rely on fewer guys to contribute night in and night out. Unlike the Suns of last year, or the Spurs of this year, they don't have many players who can take over games.
As good as Aldridge is this year, he won't be able to single-handedly win 4 games for his team against this Spurs team. So even though they're a matchup nightmare, the Spurs will still take this series. No more than 6 games.
If you have the same referees and with the same horrendous job, then you might be on to something.
Portland needs to actually make the playoffs first... Memphis and Phoenix are catching up quick...
i would love for sa to face Portland in 7 games with home court but like other have said if anyone thoinks aldridge will single handidly beat the spurs 4 times their fckn crazy
^The Suns did it flat. The Blazers could do it.
