While history2b has been relatively inactive lately, I have forgotten how moronic all of his posts are. I took him for a troll initially, but after reading some new posts today, I am in disbelief at how stupid he really is when he tries to talk basketball. It is just unreal that a declared Lakers follower thinks Steve Blake is a good defender. There's just not an excuse for that, especially as a grown ass man.
history2b's posts literally make you more stupid if you read them, and I feel this is highly inconvenient for all of us who don't want to filter his re edness on a daily basis. So, who agrees this dude should be banned, for this purpose??? Absolutely nothing is contributed to this board by him, in fact he probably decreases its value, trolling all day regardless if that is his intent. He just can't help it.
So, I'm proposing something to be decided via popular vote: Should history2b be banned???
(want to emphasize, this is no attack on a Laker fan simply because he is a Laker fan. I encourage having posters from other teams, even the Lakers, but no intelligent discussions are to be had with h2b)
There is history2b made for sure on this board, banning a poster by popular vote. I'm sure Kori & timvp will not object to this, they should be thankful for preserving some of the site's value.

Well you bring up a decent point, the Laker fans (not all) in general could use some basketball lessons. I respect your opinion, it is a vote for this reason.
I disagree. He hasn't learnt anything and persists on his own ty views. Whenever he posts, I would go like "That makes no sense".
That said, he does provide the humor, because his basketball takes are certainly laughable and he is the prototypical Laker fan, hiding when the Lakers lose.
Most (arguably all) of the purple-bolded Lakers fans are sensible and intelligent.
A lot of the grey named lakers fans show an almost cult-like fanaticism about the team and/or Kobe Bryant, though. It's pretty entertaining, to say the least. namlook and history2b come to mind.
Then again, for every cult-like Lakers fan on the board, there are about 100 cult-like Spurs fans who aren't terribly well-informed about anything not regarding Spurs basketball. , plenty of them aren't even that informed about spurs ball, either. The problem with banning h2b is that to his feeble, disillusioned mind it would prove that ST cannot handle his "astounding basketball a en" and he would view his banning as a moral victory.
