The glory days of the NBA Forum are long behind us. I tried resurrecting things in here, but the influx of GNSF and cheguevara/Alvarez6 have made things so FUBAR that not even I can save it. Oh well. We'll always have 2007-2009, the glory days of the NBA Forum.
As it is, once I've left, someone will have to take my crown of thorns, and do what they can to right the ship.
So who gets Boss status when I leave? I've narrowed it down to 4 candidates.
1. DPG90210 (he's finally embraced his troll status here, and frankly he's destroying everybody right now)
2. HarlemHeat37 (the soldier finally has a chance to earn his stripes)
3. Venti Quattro (first time I've ever considered a Lakerfan for any honorable status on this site)
4. Fpoonsie (always quality, but does he have enough edginess to be a Boss?)
I'll let you vote, but your votes don't matter, I'll be the one who picks which of these candidates gets to take my throne.
So candidates, if you'd like to tell me why you're the man for the job, by all means do so.

I'm sorry, which GNSF are you? I can't tell any of you apart. Are you the GNSF that thinks Bruce Bowen was a classy dirty player, or are you the GNSF who wouldn't trade Jefferson for Carmelo?

I shouldn't be in the running. I don't even have a troll to my name, nor do I want one. I don't troll. I trash talk slightly from time to time, but all in good fun. I am probably arguing (and losing) to a Mono troll in another thread, but then he comes in here with the Super Jedi Mind Trick and nominates me knowing I don't have it in me. Not only is that super trolling me, but it shows what kind of a guy he is.
Mono stepped up for the one and only true ELE, against all common sense and odds, while having to place his faith in the 2nd Seed Rockets, only to prevail and send some girl to the forest of woe.
While I pride myself on serious and intellectually honest basketball takes, I could never do something like that.
Bottom line, Mono; there was a reason when we played pick up that I was passing you the rock to rain jumpers and ice the other scro's. You're the MVP, not me.
