Unlikely; though Blake is a rookie, which normally makes KG's 'tough guy' persona kick in, he's also about a foot taller than the guys KG typically likes to mess with. If KG tries anything, just watch him. He'll probably push him and then keep his distance or backpedal.
True that, KG does have a reputation for going after guards and flailing. However in the Mavs @ Boston game earlier, KG was being physical with the bigman Tyson Chandler. KG got away with a pretty good hit on Chandler as they were running past the halfcourt line FWIW. I also remember KG's little slap on the back of Timmay's head from years ago, there's a youtube mix of that stuff.
Against Odom it looked like Griffin just stood his ground and shrugged it off. Imo Griffin's more of a physical player that can frustrate opposing players (which KG is a master of) than a fighter or enforcer type. Basketball is plenty physical (Bowen ftw) but I doubt Griffin would've handled the KG/Frye situation any better.
This. It's gotten pretty old already....![]()
Hey Lee, who is that blonde girl with the huge mammaries in your sig? the one in the third pic. Man.. those ties are awe-inspiring.
Is that all you kids say these days? " got"?
I mean, it's funny when you are 15, but after about 24 it becomes a bit worn out, and by 30 you don't even use it anymore. Instead, you find creative ways to call the other person a sucker, which you likely are, but got isn't one of the words I use. Get some originality on all of your accounts.
QUOTE OF THE NIGHT
"I just told him he hits like my grandma."
-- Cats reserve Eduardo Najera, responding to a Kevin Garnett elbow to the face. (Hope a certain abuela isn't as, ahem, wide-ranging as KG is with his blows.)
@ Najera talking..one of the dirtiest players in the NBA, from a physical basketball and personal hygiene perspective..
