is he pushing the laker refs?
Seriously, he has literally shoved about 3-4 refs in the last two seasons during altercations.
That would warrant a suspension or a fine at the very least for any other player in this league.
is he pushing the laker refs?
Naw, I'm with D&C on this one. The dude gets away with being a total , starting fights against little guys, mouthing off constantly, and shoving refs. er's never done anything other than ride coattails to get that one ring.
I never seen him shove a ref that i can remember. Not that I watch boston games. Vids anyone?
maybe he'll get suspended this time... ANYTHING IS POSSIBLEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
KG is and has always been a punk ass
hahaha , that never gets old.
Nah, KG though.
Cuz he's a "balla." Stern is too scared to suspend him...

Duncan got suspended for contacting a referee by accidently running into him. Garnett is knocking the refs arm down last night. Suspension is appropriate, but since he is a darling on 5th Avenue (NBA HQ), He may not get suspended.

Went back to the original thread from 2008 but the youtube vid was taken down by the NBA. Best example that can be found from that thread.
I can't remember who fouled who but KG and Zaza Pachulia of the Hawks got in each other's faces. The refs went to break it up and initially had absolutely no problems. Basically Garnett backpedalled all the way to half court with a ref holding him back. Then as soon as there were at least 8 guys between them Garnett did what you see above, tossing the ref off to pull his fake tough guy act like he was really ready going to fight a guy who wasn't at least 8 inches shorter than him. No suspension for it nor for the players who left the bench during the altercation, which after the Spurs-Suns 07 series was really what got people's attention about the whole thing.
Didn't see what happened last night or know if he's done it between those two instances.
Stern clearly won't suspend KG because he's worried about getting sucker-punched by Big Ticket.
Some opposing player needs to slap KG one of these days.
I desperately wanna see him get his ass kicked.
Great stats collector, good intense defender, but such a wanna be tough guy vagina.
I am a youth league ref and I would have tossed his overhyped punk ass for at least three things last PM.
He should get a 2 game suspension minimum remember when Duncan accidently knocked over a ref and sat out a playoff game. Total BS re the punk Garnett - I now hate Boston more than any team period.
You mean, you didn't hate them before last night's game?

KG always been a , what's new?
"Manhandle"
man·han·dle
[man-han-dl, man-han-dl] Show IPA
–verb (used with object), -dled, -dling.
1.
to handle roughly.
2.
to move by human strength, without the use of mechanical appliances.
I guess technically he did move the ref's arm without the use of mechanical appliances...![]()
KG is the mutha ing truth....and Lngrrr you're a pussy for not standing up for KG more forcefully...I love KG's bloodthirstiness...
I'll fully admit KG is a sometimes. Do I care though? Not really. It works for him, and works for his teammates, so why should I give a ?
And as you stated, being a means you're not a bad person. If he were raping women/molesting children/shooting people, then I wouldn't like him.
Reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend where I asked him in a hypothetical situation what he would do if he walked by an alley and saw his friend raping a girl. He replied "I would not be friends with him anymore"
Not even call 911? Your friend sucks.![]()
Precedent was set a long time ago. KG gets away with that .
He plays for the Celtics. Case closed. Stern is a joke.
Timmy also couldn't buy a call from that ref ever again.
