either you are being massively sarcastic, you are a ing liar, or you are a bigger dumbass than anyone already thought you were. chances are, its one of the latter two.
how in the is Bynum even considered to be worth a ?
what in the has he EVER done?
Laker fans are questioning this deal?
If it was true (I am sure it is not) this would be a bigger steal than the Gasol collusion trade...
To even mention Bynum in the same breath as melo is just stupid...
Bynum is a scrub...will always be a scrub...and will always be injury prone...
If Buss actually turned this down (i am sure he didn't) he should be fired immediately...

Denver's not going to let Melo go for Bynum and trash. Denver wouldn't want Artest, they'd want the future of their organization, not a past-his-prime vet. Unless Gasol is moving to Denver this deal won't happen.
finally, some perspective...
Why would Denver want a most likely permanently knee injured Bynum?
Collusion b.s. all over again.
Kombe and Melo are so similar tho.![]()
Most folks around here right now are saying Bynum for Melo would be bad for the Lakers. I bet you if this trade went through half of you would start crying about a collusion again when the Lakers start dominating. What does L.A really lose in giving away a player who is consistently injured? Yes, he is a good defender but his defense can be replaced. Getting Melo, makes the Lakers even harder to guard because they would have three players who can command a double team (Kobe, Melo, Gasol).
And the Lakers wouldn't even have to give up any of their key role players like : Lamar Odom, Fish, Brown, Barnes, Artest, or Steve Blake. Personally, I can't even imagine why Denver would want to trade Glass Knees for their franchise player. Why would you want to trade a top 10 Nba Player for someone who has only played a full season once in his career?
Please elaborate.
ken berger already reporting this is just denver trying to scare NY
I don't think a combo of Melo/Gasol/Kobe would really gel, there would be nights it would work but Kobe needs the ball in his hands to score and so does Melo. LA would lose size which has given them an advantge over teams the past 4 seasons with Gasol/Bynum/Odom. If they lose size they might be better offensively but it would put more pressure on Gasol to play more defense in the low post. I think this possible trade helps them offensively but they lose something defensively. Which is why I think this whole scenario will not happen, the Lakers should try and upgrade at the PG position to get a quicker better PG, like Kirk Hinrich. They have Kobe to go to, they don't need to rent Melo.
Good point. I think that their bigs are what makes the Lakers scary, one of the most obvious ones being Bynum. If Bynum gets injured, I don't think Lakers will ring this year.
That said, is Melo better than Bynum? Of course. But for THIS Lakers team, Bynum is more useful.
You and your army again?
I would love to meet the anyone who is backing you and shake their hands. Would take a very long time to do so, but hey, I am a social guy.
EDIT: I apologize for alluding to you having a massive man crush on Kobe. It's just that I keep noticing that you and anyone on this board can't stand people having any negative comments about the 81-point scoring 5-time NBA championship winning Mr. Bryant.
What I would love is to see you explain how Shannon Brown is remotely similar to A.I.? Either that, or for you to take the lefty route and say "I was bull ting all along to bait guys like you into this trap, LOLOLOLOLOLOL im clever"
lol coming from a guy whos posts are about kobe over 50% of the time
Didn't realize you have a man crush on me as well! You have tracking my post with these amazing statistics.
And obviously the Shannon Brown comment was a throw-away joke.
Man, you need to loosen up about the game-face that you have incorporated from watching so much Kobe.
EDIT: Say "Hi" to anybody to me. While you are at it, get some Valentine's Day present for everyone as well. I will see if I can pay you back later with a Kobe Bryant video in the future.
lol backtracking
LOL, not getting the Shannon Brown stunt was another diss on your favourite love boy.
On another note, I am glad you can think of your man Kobe Bryant whenever someone mentioned ballhog. But then, you think of him no matter what was said.
I guess you should watch the 10 Finals during Valentine's Day.
bynum + lamar would be too much an expense imho. melo will sign for NY when he turns free the comin summer. teams know it would only be a loan deal if they got him at this time hence they ain't bidding too much for him. Lakers would just call up some good triggas like rudy gay from their reserve squad if they feel shorthanded
i read in a espn article that the lakers looked at trading artest for stephen jackson or gerald wallace. now THAT would be some collusion BS if it happened.
Denver is no longer in the drivers seat. As time moves on Melo makes the call more and more. I would just want to shed his big ass contract and get some young talent. Denver isn't going to see a ring in the next 4 years, most likely, so why keep paying a guy like he's bringing home the hardware? He's not Ming, he doesn't own China, drop the er like a toilet seat and move on.
I suppose doing nothing and letting him walk and do a Lebron to the Nugs is the better move?
thats what yo mama said when she gave birth to your ass...
Yo mama jokes are great. They get me every time.
Ming doesn't "own" china either, china is owned by commies everything is THEIR property there including the lives of 16 billion izens
