Nice try, mouse. I'm not advocating anorexia or bulemia. Live a healthy lifestyle, it's not too much to ask. When you eat ty food and choose not to exercise you are making a lazy choice and have no regard for your body. I work two jobs and barely have enough time to work out, so I watch what I put in my body. Fast food (and bad food in general) is for weak-minded people who need a quick fix. Said people also see exercising as "work." These people end up having diabetes, kidney disease, CAD, and a plethora of other medical problems simply b/c they are lazy human beings.
Unless you have some sort of medical condition (that isn't a result of a sedentary lifestyle) that excludes you from diet and exercise, then there is NO excuse for being fat. NONE. NADA. ZILCH.
Eat something green and go for a run...is that really too much to ask?
