Maybe Pop would consider signing him when he is available for his 3pt ability
with his heroic comeback attempt at the end of the game. Way to pad the stats man, give that dude some more minutes or something, poor guy.
Seriously, what the was he thinking? lol![]()

I was at d game. my boy that knows nothing about bball said: "that dude got an at ude"
btw, he also said, that #14 can shoot like a mofo
Sounds like he knows more than you think!
I was honestly shocked and appalled when he stole the ball, but then the three happened. And I was just like...![]()
I was at the game and just posted about this and Quinn and Neal both gave him a long look after the play - no love lost between Spurs and Wizards which is fine with me after this bush play.
What was he supposed to do...dribble it out? If it was a Spur player taking the shot I could see what you are saying, but I don' see anything wrong with him tossing up a 3 considering they were down by 20 plus.
So, you didn't see the play?
He stole the ball & chunked a 3 at the end...that play?
Yep, that one.
He's your typical "Balla" "Me, Myself, and I" kind of player...what do you expect?![]()
i don't see the problem. play til the horn sounds.
Eh, Armstrong is a garbage player. He was drafted 12th by the Hornets a few years ago and has never lived up to any measure of the expectations of him. His draftmate, Cedric Simmons, was also picked by the Hornets (15th) and hailed as the player with far more upside.
Simmons plays in China now. Go Dongguan Leopards!
Let Armstrong eat it up. Best case, he rides the bench the rest of his career. Most likely case, hes in the same starting lineup with Simmons shortly. Go Leopards!
Nothing wrong with what Armstrong did. When you are losing you do not quit till the buzzer sounds. More players should have that at ude and not be so accepting of a loss.
Man I remember everyone was on this dudes nuts when he was in N.O and he had a good game against the spurs...now look at him garbage time on a 14-38 team.
bull . The time not to accept a loss is during the first 47.5 minutes.
I didn't have a problem with it either.
Unfortuately for Arnstrong, that's probably the best play he's ever made as a pro.
I wonder if anyone had a prop bet for the Spurs to win by 25 or more. Betcha they want to kill Armstrong.![]()
Can someone post a youtube link please
LMAO. I looked on youtube to see if I could find it, but instead I found this...
I died laughing
I'm sorry but thats some weak ass cool-aid. If the game was tight and he was doing everything possible to win thats one thing. But when the game is over and you're stat padding you're just juvenile.
If you don't like that, you don't like Kings basketball...
LOL Udoka
and when we say stat-padding, let's put this in context:
that's his first EVER NBA 3-pointer
what a pathetic way to get technically off the mark
