Jeez, k. I won't badmouth your bf.
I gather this was a rhetorical question?![]()
Jeez, k. I won't badmouth your bf.
you don't understand anything if you think she's trolling.
No need to get your depends in a bind Roddy. Am I lying? If Roddy B. has a game tonight, you don't think the Spurs fans won't mention it on the Forum?
True, but you know that ain't gonna stop any Spurs, Lakers fan, etc..from talking on here if he has a bad game.
So whats gonna happen to the Mavs guard rotation from here on out as far as who RC keeps active, deactive?
tbh with dirk nowitzki sighting, all we need is ponky and it's vintage spurstalk 2006 all over again
damn I forgot all about that
great ing suns fan![]()
No I definitely agree with you. Plus the game is tomorrow night tbqmfh.
My bad. FWIW, I won't be one of them, realizing that no one in Roddy's injury situation is gonna light it up in his 1st game back.
It will be good to see Roddy back on the court after all this time. I'm not going to expect a whole lot from him in the way of production though. Its just a good feeling to know he is back in the lineup. We are arguably the deepest team in the NBA. If only Caron were healthy. We staaaaaaaaaaacccckked!!!!!
this is just unfair to the league
the mavs are already stacked as it is
tbh,imo,fwiw
tbh, imho, fwiw if he brought with him da_suns_fan, theMUHMEshow, atxrocker, and MrChug we'd have the 2006 Fab Five of Butthurt
I think y'all are hoping for way too much from Rodrigue based on a small sample size (and disregarding his lackluster summer league, if I remember correctly).
Even best case scenario, he has raw talent but he's been unable to develop it while he's been out (he might even have regressed some, skill-wise and certainly physically).
I wouldn't judge Roddy on his work in the summer league. He played point then and most likely won't be running the point now. Well not that much and maybe not this season. Plus the summer league is the worst place to judge a point guard because there is alot of one on one b-ball going on bcuz of guys trying to make the team. Not many set offenses to be ran. A better gauge of his talents would have been of him playing with the French national team but we all know how that turned out. Plus you can't ignore what he was able to do last season on a team full of NBA vets.
Naturally he will be up and down as most young players are but when he is on he is very exciting to watch. Mavs fans have a reason to be excited about his potential which he has put on display on numerous occasions.
JJ is a go tonight a apparently: "Have no fear, J.J. Barea, the hottest Dallas Mavericks player of the month, has bucked the flu bug (and an apparent slight groin issue), participated in Wednesday's shootaround and is a go for tonight's game against the Sacramento Kings."
That er never misses a god damn game.
Damnit. Really wanted to see Beaubois played tonight. I really don't know how Carlisle is going to give him minutes now.![]()
I'd still rather Roddy get more of Terry's minutes, than Barea's. Barea should get no minutes at SG, should solely be Kidd's backup, so give Roddy those minutes, then give him around 8-10 of Terry's minutes, and some of Stevenson's as well.
