He notes that Logan was sexually assaulted by thugs yelling, "Jew! Jew!" - detail that was reported by The New York Post, not CBS. (Logan isn't Jewish.)

I've had issues with the initial CBS handling of this story. I'll withold any further comments until Logan does an interview where she's asked about the non-rape and answers, "Well, I wasn't exactly raped, but it was a vicious assault. I was touched inappropriately and handled roughly, they said very mean, very dirty things to me too."

CBS should have done a better job on handling this. Personally, I think this story should have been kept private. If someone like this had happened to you, would you want everyone to know about it? This woman should be able to have her privacy.
