its bs how every year they say they are doing scientific research, yet they never show the authorities the results wtf they are researching on with the whales....
LINKJapan has canceled the rest of its winter whaling season, with a top official reasoning that environmentalists' obstructive efforts made it dangerous for whalers to stay on the high seas.
I'm far from a tree hugger, but seeing a whale killed on Whale Wars was one of the saddest things I've ever seen, so I'm glad that the Sea Shepherd's have made an impact.

I know some people may not approve of their tactics, but they did get results.
The "research" is what kind of whale tastes better with sake.

I'm sure they don't mind fighting the sea shepherd, its the show that is pissing them off as it lets everyone see what's going on.
The Japanese do some pretty messed up stuff. If you seen the do entary about the slaughtering of dolphins you know what I'm talking about.

They cut the fin off of the dolphin and throw them back into the water.
Maybe Discovery will start a showing telling the Jap side of the story, about how families are starving because there is no whale meat to eat and those mean old Americans just want the whales to themselves. Instant ratings.
Or about the poor unemployed Sea shepherd workers and how the VWRC conspired with the Banksters and the Japs to put them out of work.
