I'm anxious to hear the reaction from the crowd when Manu and especially Duncan (since Bynum got skipped over for the Center position) get introduced. I remember Duncan got booed last year...his sheepish smile was classic.

The editor of the fictional magazine was Duncan's roommate in college. They became very close friends and when Tim's friend first got the job, he needed someone famous to grab headlines. It became a long running joke between the two as a way to jab at each other. He really appreciates Tim's humor and this is his way of keeping in touch.

Really cool story.
