22.9% "Yes it was a good move to get Green and Krstic"
77.9% "No they'll miss Perkins tenacity and Robinson's Energy"
What does this poll prove? That 22.9% of Boston fans are idiots, relatives of Green and Krstic, accidentally clicked the wrong button or trolls are infesting the Boston site.
id say 10 percent of those votes were made by danny ainge
I'm not a boston fan but I think it's a horrible trade.
I cannot believe the Celts just did that trade.
They literally had ALL the pieces to a Championship team and they just ed everything up in just one day lmao. Krstic and Green are garbage, the Thunder definitely got way better with that trade.
Who will back up Rondo and Pierce now that Nate and Daniels are gone??
Delonte will back up Rondo. I'm assuming Green will backup Pierce, and maybe a few other spots. (Similar to the way Big Baby plays at C and PF.)
Forget Boston... that's a nice deal for the Thunder. They needed a legit big man and they got it.
I HATE the move for the C's....and I like Boston in the East.![]()
Oh yea, you guys have Delonte. I already thought that Bradley kid will play some minutes.![]()
Bradley has looked lost out there on the floor. That's why you don't see Doc putting him in.
As a resident of Boston for 4 years that was there for the night Pierce/Allen/KG were made an item, I must say this is the dumbest ing thing Boston has done during the Big 3's reign. Perkins is a hard guy to find in this league, he grinds for the Celts and never asks for a "thank you." Not even if the Celts have someone waiting in the wings can it replace Perkin's physicality and Nate's energy off the bench. I know they had some signing troubles with him, but this season they seemed like a lock to make the Finals an the window is closing.
Perkins was the difference in them winning a Championship last year, and now he's the difference in them getting to the Finals at all. Astonishing, really. But it's also good for the Spurs because he's not someone I'd like to face in a 7 game series, so hopefully OKC meets the Lakers before we do and he can bloody them up a bit.
Terrible move for both teams and both will soon find that out.
Perkins will reinjure and ainge will look like a genius
First thing that came to my mind.
Anybody but the Spurs. If you ers win it, I'm gonna do the f'in' dutch.
I hate this trade, but I have gotten over it. It was a fun time with the big 3. They got us at least 1 championship. Time to start over again. This is such a ty way to end this era. Losing was one thing, but blowing the team up when you had the #1 seed in the east and 2nd best record overall is a bitter way to end this era.![]()
It's called pussying out because subconsciously you knew you were just going to get beat down again anyway.
Classic flight move by Ainge and the Cs.![]()
