No just was passing around the link in hopes they can raise the funds. or as koriwhat puts it help them in their begging.

I called the DubKing but it was to late they already converted the AVI to DVD and I had to pay them the 120.00 (my boss paid)

The sad part is Adam Rocha's student Jamie's dvd was 10 times better. He did it on a MAC. I will switch to MAC next laptop I get. all they use at SAC is MAC.

I drop off the film with the fee and release forms and application in the morning. I will post a small 2 minute trailer/sneak peek of it tonight in the TRoll forum.

did i miss the premiere? i didnt see anything in the troll forum.

The trailer was removed due to reasons I didn't really want to break any SAFilm festival rules. It was only there for the TRolls and others to see what I had been up to at that time.

It is not clear yet how the Film festival really works. I keep getting different advice on if I am able to send the film to other festivals.

If you go to their site it does not say you can't send your work to another state but at the same time how can the SAFilm say they are going to have a "premier" of a film if it's been shown somewhere else?

There are numerous film festivals seeking out do entary type films and I would love to send in some footage but at what price?

I have found in doing films the sound and music tracks can kill your project if you don't get proper clearance so my next goal is to produce my own music and maybe share it with the independent film makers so they don't have to pay outrageous prices or suffer unfair fines and fees.
