I actually thought the same for Recovering the Satellites, too.
Since then, there's been more hits, but some misses. Saturday Nights and Sunday Mornings (their latest) was pretty disappointing, their worst by far, imo.

BTW, I was listening to that Spiritualized album that everyone jerks to. I didn't like it. First track was awesome, but the rest was meh. And it was over an hour. I'll go back to it eventually.

UTD rebuilt their courts apparently, now they have three of them, single-rimmed, with better lights and a hard rubber cover on the court to ease the knee-impact. but it was really windy last night so it sucked. and I guess now they are more anal about parking because I got a stupid ing parking ticket from the UTD security. is this even worth paying? I don't really plan on going back there anyways, I don't like playing outdoors very much.
I dunno, because the ticket showed nothing about any police being involed, all it said was UTD Parking. I even went on the website and found nothing about it being involved with the local police. I'm gonna call them though and find out.

I don't listen to alot of that basically because alot of it is . Pick and choose, imho.Hmmm...I'm trying to get into some of the mono/Greg/redzero/IM stuff, but I'm having a tough time.
Is there any kinda, ummm..."crossover" artist that could ease me in, or do I hafta go straight to your lengthy initialed bands from the get-go?
So far, I've only been listening to The xx, Mumford & Sons, and Sleigh Bells regularly...and I'm not even sure they count as "underground"=super awesome anymore.
